The PRODUCE program, funded by the National Science Foundation through the NC Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (NC-LSAMP) is designed to recruit, retain, and graduate underrepresented students majoring in one of the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.  We offer assistance to all UNC-Charlotte students; however a special emphasis is placed on recruiting and assisting African-American, Native-American and Hispanic-American students, who are enrolled in - or interested in - science, math, engineering and engineering technology degree programs.
